Technical Paper Award Winners!

Rob Kibler & Chris Hixon of MBI Rolls, LLC were the technical paper award winners at the Fall 2018 IRD (Institute of Roll Designers) Associations, Inc. Meetings held October 8-13, 2018 at the Water’s Edge in Westbrook, Connecticut hosted by Nucor Steel. Their paper presentation was given to steel industry operators and showcased how different roll qualities and grades have evolved over the years and how the different grades can benefit each user.
